Distance Selling Agreement

Seller: IBBVison
Buyer: The user who is a member of the Site and purchases a product

The Parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subject Matter

This agreement regulates the delivery and usage conditions of the software product purchased by the Buyer through digital channels, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Product Information

• Product: Real-time object detection and tracking software

• Delivery Method: Email / Account Panel

• Price: Denominated in Euros, calculated in Turkish Lira at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Payment

Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallets. The product will not be delivered until payment is completed.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered in digital format via email or through the user's account within 24 hours at the latest.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the product has been delivered. (Regulation Article 15/ğ)

6. Liability

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify that the software meets the technical requirements for operation on their system. The Seller is not liable for any unlawful use of the software.

7. Competent Courts and Authorities

In the event of a dispute, the Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized.
