Our brand that develops and sells real-time image processing, object detection, and tracking software solutions.

User:
Any natural or legal person who visits the website, reviews software products, or purchases them.

Software:
All digital products developed or licensed by IBBVision, including artificial intelligence models, interfaces, plugins, and related documentation.

License:
The right granted to the User to use the purchased software under specific conditions.

2. ACCEPTANCE STATEMENT

By visiting the website and/or purchasing software products, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not agree with these terms must refrain from using the website.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

IBBVision offers software products providing real-time object detection, image analysis, and tracking functionalities for sale in digital form. All products are delivered digitally via email and/or through the user panel. No physical products are sold.

4. LICENSE AND TERMS OF USE

The Software is provided to the User under a personal, non-transferable license.

The scope of the license may vary depending on the purchased product (single device / multiple devices / time-limited / perpetual) and is explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

The User undertakes not to use the Software in the following ways:

Copying, reselling, distributing, or renting
Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain the source code
Using the Software for unlawful purposes

In the event of any violation, the license may be unilaterally terminated and legal proceedings may be initiated.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices are denominated in Euro (EUR).

The equivalent amount in Turkish Lira (TRY) may be displayed based on the current exchange rate for informational purposes only.

The User may make payments in EUR or TRY. For TRY payments, the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment shall apply.

Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Bank Transfer/EFT, Digital Wallets, and other secure payment systems.

Upon completion of payment, access to the Software is activated.

6. DELIVERY POLICY

All products are delivered digitally. No shipping or physical delivery is provided.

After payment confirmation, license details, downloadable files, and support documentation are delivered to the User.

Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours.

7. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply under distance sales regulations.

Once the software products have been delivered, cancellation, refund, or exchange is not possible.

In the event that the User experiences technical issues related to the license, IBBVision’s technical support team is responsible for providing assistance.

8. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Software is provided to function in accordance with the stated system requirements. Ensuring a compatible system environment is the User’s responsibility.

IBBVision shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or integration of the Software with third-party systems.

The User agrees not to hold IBBVision liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Software.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the website, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and documents, is the property of IBBVision.

Users may not use, copy, or reproduce these materials for commercial purposes beyond personal, non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized use is subject to legal and criminal prosecution.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

User information is stored in compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations and is not shared with third parties.

11. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and must not share license information with third parties.

IBBVision reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement enters into force as of the moment it is accepted by the User.

In the event of any dispute arising between the parties, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have jurisdiction.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
