First and foremost, we sincerely thank you for your interest in the IBBVision ecosystem and for the importance you place on a potential collaboration. This comprehensive guide has been prepared to detail the framework, philosophy, and concrete steps of the partnership we aim to establish between us.
Our goal is to go far beyond a traditional supplier-customer relationship based solely on product sales; we aim to build a sustainable, mutually beneficial technology ecosystem that encompasses technical integration, system development, project management, sales, solution development, and long-term strategic collaboration.
Program Structure and Philosophy
The IBBVision Partner Program consists of four core partner levels, each offering increasing levels of responsibility and benefits:
-
IBBVision Technology Partner
-
IBBVision Integration Partner
-
IBBVision Solution Partner
-
IBBVision Strategic Partner
Your level in this program directly reflects not only your access to our products but also your technical competency, commercial contribution, project responsibility, sales capacity, customer reach, and strategic value to our ecosystem. At this point, we would like to share our most fundamental principle: As your partner level rises, the rights, support, and commercial advantages you receive from IBBVision increase; however, the technical, commercial, and strategic contribution expected from you rises correspondingly.
Section 1: Partnership Levels
Below, you will find a detailed description of each partner level, the roles of the parties, and what you can expect from this collaboration.
1. IBBVision Technology Partner
Definition and Focus: The Technology Partner level is an entry-level tier created for companies that wish to integrate IBBVision technologies into their own engineering and technology solutions. In this partnership model, the core relationship is based on integrating IBBVision as a technology component into your existing system.
Your Primary Objective: Not to resell IBBVision products, but to technically evaluate the products, assess their compatibility with your own systems, and integrate them into your engineering solutions. For example, if you are developing an industrial security system, you can meet your video analysis needs with IBBVision technology. In this model, we provide only the AI video analytics and related technology layer of your solution; you create the complete solution.
Roles of the Parties:
-
Your Role: You technically examine IBBVision products, evaluate compatibility with your systems, integrate the technology into your own architecture, conduct necessary technical tests, and take responsibility for your own systems during integration.
-
Our Role: We provide you with technical documentation, product information, system requirements, integration information, and standard technical support. When necessary, we can conduct technical evaluations of the integrations you perform.
Commercial Position and Strategic Aim: As a partner at this level, you are not automatically an IBBVision sales partner. You can sell your own solution (Your Solution + IBBVision Technology). No special sales authorization, territorial priority, or exclusivity is granted at this level. Strategically, this level is an important entry point for us to become part of the technological infrastructure of companies in various sectors without having to reach the end user directly.
What is it for? This is the entry level. Your goal is to integrate IBBVision technology into the systems you develop or use. Your priority is not to sell the products, but to technically evaluate them and make them part of your own solution.
Real-Life Example: Suppose you are developing a security system for industrial facilities. You want to add "fire detection" or "human tracking" capabilities to this system. You integrate IBBVision's AI software into your own security system to offer this feature. You don't say to your customer, "I'm selling IBBVision"; you say, "My security system incorporates IBBVision technology."
2. IBBVision Integration Partner
Definition and Focus: The Integration Partner is our business partner who not only technically evaluates IBBVision technology but also integrates, installs, commissions, and takes on-site responsibility for it in real customer projects. This level is more operational than Technology Partner. You now go beyond integrating our technology into your own system and take active technical responsibility in projects where IBBVision is used.
Roles of the Parties:
-
Your Role: You are responsible for making the system operational on-site. You manage camera infrastructure, network infrastructure, NVR/Edge AI devices, field equipment, alarm connections, and system configuration; you provide installation, commissioning, on-site maintenance, and first-level technical support.
-
Our Role: We provide you with technical documentation, integration support, project-based technical support, product configuration support, and advanced-level support for complex technical issues. It is not expected for us to directly handle all your field operations. This creates the advantage of you handling field operations while we focus on product development.
Commercial Advantages and Strategic Aim: At this level, partner pricing may be applied to you. Additionally, rights such as project-based technical support, integration support, special project pricing, and joint PoC may be considered. Strategically, this model allows us to establish local technical operational capacity in different regions. Instead of having our own technical team everywhere, we conduct field operations through competent integrators like you.
What is it for? At this level, you not only integrate the technology into your own system but also install, commission, and make IBBVision technology operational in real customer projects.
Real-Life Example: You are installing a security camera system in a shopping mall. You integrate IBBVision's AI software into these cameras and handle all cabling, network connections, recorders, and alarm systems. When the system goes live and if an issue arises, you are the first to provide support to the customer.
3. IBBVision Solution Partner
Definition and Focus: The Solution Partner is our commercial solution partner who does not merely integrate IBBVision products but actively offers and proposes IBBVision-based solutions to their customers. This level is critical to our growth because you have now reached the point where, instead of saying "we use IBBVision," you say "we offer IBBVision-based solutions to our customers." You make IBBVision technology a part of your own sales and engineering organization.
Roles of the Parties:
-
Your Role: You identify customer needs, detect project opportunities, engineer the solution, prepare proposals, conduct the sales process, organize the necessary integration and installation, and manage the customer relationship.
-
Our Role: We participate in the project as the technology provider and, when necessary, as your solution partner. Our pre-sales technical support comes into play.
Support and Commercial Advantages:
-
Pre-Sales Support: For customer requirements (e.g., human and fire detection in a factory with 120 cameras), you can evaluate with our technical team camera count, system capacity, hardware requirements, and licensing.
-
Joint Proposal and Project Engineering: For large and complex projects, we can jointly evaluate technical architecture, product selection, AI analysis scope, and project cost.
-
Commercial Advantages: You can benefit from rights such as special partner pricing, project-based special pricing, pre-sales technical support, joint proposals and PoC, co-marketing, and priority technical support.
-
Co-Marketing: We can create joint product introductions, technical seminars, trade fairs, demos, case studies, and web content. The aim is for both parties to reach more customers by leveraging each other's channels and technology.
-
Deal Registration: Through this system, you can register a customer and project with us. This prevents different partners from blocking each other's sales opportunities for the same customer and reinforces our trust in you.
Strategic Aim: With this level, you become not just a technology provider but a part of our solution ecosystem. You bring the customer, develop the project, and close the sale; we provide the technology. This combined synergy complements the strengths of both our companies.
What is it for? This level is very important for the program. You are a commercial partner who not only integrates IBBVision but actively offers, engineers, and sells IBBVision-based solutions to your customers. Instead of saying "we use IBBVision," you say "we offer IBBVision-based solutions to our customers."
Real-Life Example: You are presenting a project to a logistics company to improve occupational safety in their warehouse. You analyze the customer's needs, determine how many cameras are required and which AI analyses will be used (e.g., forklift and pedestrian collision risk), prepare a proposal, and close the sale. You organize the installation and manage the customer relationship.
4. IBBVision Strategic Partner
Definition and Focus: The Strategic Partner is the highest level of our program. This involves not a standard sales or integration relationship, but a long-term strategic collaboration. You are companies that can significantly contribute to IBBVision's growth in a specific industry, region, technology area, or customer segment. This status is granted to companies whose commercial and strategic contribution has been proven or clearly demonstrated. You are not just a "good selling dealer"; you are a technology and commercial partner who contributes strategically to IBBVision's growth.
Joint Product Development: At this level, joint product development with us can come to the fore. For example, a new product could be developed by combining your strength in the field with our AI expertise. However, it is crucial to emphasize a critical principle: Joint product development does not mean that IBBVision's existing intellectual property (source code, AI models, algorithms, etc.) becomes co-owned. The ownership of newly developed components is determined separately.
Regional and Sectoral Priority: If you represent a significant growth channel for us in a specific geography or industry (e.g., defense, energy, logistics), regional or sectoral priority may be considered. However, this does not automatically imply exclusivity. Priority may be limited to a specific period, sector, or customer segment and must be dependent on your performance.
Exclusive Collaboration: Exclusivity is the highest level of commercial rights and is not granted automatically. It is evaluated at the Strategic Partner level and within the scope of a separate agreement. If exclusivity (on a country, regional, or sectoral basis) is granted, you are expected to provide concrete commercial commitments in return, such as annual minimum turnover, number of projects, establishment of sales and technical teams, and marketing investment. In other words, "Exclusivity = A strategic right granted in return for performance." This principle prevents us from becoming dependent on a single partner in a particular market in the future.
Strategic Aim: With this level, our goal is to achieve long-term technological and commercial growth with you in specific markets. This level is a combination of technology, engineering, sales, market access, and strategic investment.
What is it for? This is the highest level of the program. There is no traditional buyer-seller relationship here. There is a long-term, strategic partnership. You are one of the companies that can significantly contribute to IBBVision's growth in a specific industry, region, or technology area.
Real-Life Example: You undertake very large and specialized projects in the defense or energy sectors. With IBBVision, you are not just buying and selling products; you are jointly developing new products and creating solutions specific to these industries. Perhaps you are the sole representative of IBBVision in the relevant country market.

Exclusivity in a specific region, country, or sector is evaluated with a separate agreement, provided that you give concrete commercial commitments (minimum turnover, investment, etc.) in return. Exclusivity may be terminated if performance criteria are not met.
Section 3: Core Program Principles and Governance
1. The Fundamental Difference Between the Four Levels (Summary):
-
Technology Partner: "I use IBBVision technology." (Focus: Technology Integration)
-
Integration Partner: "I integrate and operationalize IBBVision technology in my projects." (Focus: System Integration and Technical Operations)
-
Solution Partner: "I sell and engineer IBBVision-based solutions to my customers." (Focus: Commercial Solution Development and Sales)
-
Strategic Partner: "I achieve long-term technological and commercial growth with IBBVision in specific markets." (Focus: Strategic Growth)
2. Partnership Level Elevation and Maintenance:
You can advance to higher levels based on criteria such as technical competency, number of successful projects, sales volume, and strategic contribution to our ecosystem. Your partnership level is not an unconditional status. You are expected to maintain your technical proficiency, commercial activities, brand usage rules, and confidentiality obligations. In case of violation of terms or prolonged non-fulfillment of performance criteria, your level may be reassessed.
3. IBBVision's Core Principle:
The fundamental approach of our program is based on the principle: "More rights, more responsibility, and more mutual value." We aim not just to provide you with products, but to enable you to develop new solutions by combining your engineering and commercial capabilities with IBBVision technologies.
Our Most Important Principle: IBBVision grants partnership; however, it does not lose control of its technology. You can use, integrate, sell, and jointly develop products with the technology. However, these rights do not automatically mean source code transfer, AI model transfer, intellectual property transfer, or unlimited sales rights. All rights are defined within the scope of your partnership level and the commercial agreement we sign.
4. General Intellectual Property Principle:
Your participation in the IBBVision Partner Program does not mean that IBBVision's existing software, source code, AI models, algorithms, products, designs, brand, technical documentation, and know-how are transferred to you. All these assets remain the property of IBBVision. The rights granted to you are limited to the specified usage, integration, and sales rights. For new products we develop together, the intellectual property structure is determined separately.
In Summary:
| Partner Level | Your Gain | IBBVision's Gain |
|---|---|---|
| Technology | Increase the value of your own product and sell it at a higher price. | Wider adoption of its technology and increased market share. |
| Integration | Revenue from installation and field services + profit from product sales. | Project implementation and product sales without own field force and cost. |
| Solution | Profit from product sales, project-based advantages, and deal protection. | Access to new customers, direct product revenue, and brand visibility. |
| Strategic | Maximum profit margins, special advantages, exclusivity, and joint product revenue. | Guaranteed, predictable high turnover and strategic market growth. |
Conclusion:
The IBBVision Partner Program aims to establish a tiered, measurable, and performance-based partner ecosystem with engineering and technology companies like yours, rather than a one-size-fits-all sales relationship. This model enables IBBVision technology to be integrated into your engineering solutions while offering a dynamic structure where the rights you gain increase as your technical competency, commercial contribution, and strategic value grow.
